PodOutline is an AI-powered platform that helps podcasters plan episodes, research guests, generate content, and manage their podcast workflow. Features include:

• AI-generated episode outlines and content
• Guest research and discovery tools

• Export and sharing capabilities
• Team collaboration features (on applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer Free, Creator ($12/month), Pro ($29/month), and Network ($99/month) plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Guest contact information will be current or correct
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODOUTLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PodOutline from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
